Stress

I was reading one artical by Dr. K. Cooper and it says something like this...

It is probably impossible to remove stress from our life. Stress is a pattren of emotional states and psysiological reactions occuring in situations where individuals percive threats to their important goals.

And i found its true, whenever u think ur goin away from ur goals or not able to achieve them stress is developed.
