What is this mannnn!!!

The day I understood what is exams/tests/quiz/appraisal?, that day onwards I hate all these big words. I have phobia, not of getting fail but for appearing in exams and all those bulllfishhh... Y do we need to prove our self, if you have got knowledge, if you have got expertise.
I may sound awkward, but this is wht i think and im not the only one who is suffering from this dieses, :( , thereare many more guys n gals....

In schools homework den tests, den quarter, half and yearly exams... how many timessss!!!.U may ask Y i didn't object or question to my teacher, I wanted to ask but i couldn't, simply!!!

From there its engineering college, profs were very keen in taking Surprise Test, wow good way to pass their time. More here... if they want to tease students they come up with this sentance - "Ok let's have presentation on such n such subs, come prepared on monday n remember each n every student will have to appear, marks will be counted in sessionals." Awwww mannn... wht is this.... , this used to me my inner voice. Slowly slowly my concepts of allotment of Haven n Hell were getting clearly. Yeah u understnad who is goin to hell....

Its not completed yet, test used to be as regular as in schools... then mid term written exams, wait mid term viva-vose for all subs, then final written exams, final practical exams and at the end... final viva-voce..... hmmmm.

After that in JOB, appraisals.... :) , in first year it will be Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4, subsequently it will be H1/H2, H1/H2, H1/H2 and so onnnnnn.... I never get the idea abt appraisal and rating which ASSOCIATE gets...

Anyways, these exams will be always there and I will keep on running not toward them far frm them....
