Reading Da Vinci Code

I have gone crazy, whenever and where I get time I start reading above mentioned novel. Its really, indeed interesting novel and you just cannot stop reading ittttt.... I love reading it while going to office in auto... some time when there is not traffice and auto wala takes me to office in 15 minutes of time... I think Y there is not traffice jam alll the day....

Crazy moment

When I saw raining outside today monring, I felt happy and thought I will use my new umbrella... while deraming abt using umbella, I got ready and left for the office. But as soon as I came out of the flat to use it... rain stopped!!! Wat a crazy moment was that for me!!!

The day I brought my umbrella... it didn't rain @ all...

Rat ko me n my friend slept @ 2, and next day morning, sunday, servent maid came and she did Ting-Tong, i opend the dooes in half asleep, i said "Ammma jara 1 ghante ke bad aaoo geee abhi mera friend niche soo raha hai!!!" she said "ohhh! great i will b back in 1 hr..."... and I thought she will do that Ting-Tong again, so just to avoide that i didnt close the dooree... n when I woke up @ 9:30 and i start preparing mronign Tea, i hdeard my cell rining "Pahla nasha, pahla khuma.... naya pyar hai... naya instazaar..." but only ring was there... mobile was not there :( i searched but... no success... we reistered FIR and till today i didn't get my mobile back....

Hi,

Ohhh man it was never like this in Mumbai before, too much exertion every day. I am commuting from my Powai TQ to MIDC office. Daily I am walking 3-5 Kms just because I dont know exact route from J B Nagar to MIDC. Daily Im getting confused on the roads of Amdheri Mumbai... and I have to walk kilometers...

Business Class

It was Tuesday early morning, I hate seeing sun so early in the morning, but i wa compelled to do so, I was going to Mumbai for some stupid work, some times i feel like whatever I am doing is all crap stupid work. OK I left for airport and was waiting in Q to get boarding pass and i can sleep in the flight ASAP... but no luck... it was getting late... and i was the last person to get reach the counter... & conversation @ Jet Counter...
Lady : "Is economic opened?"Male Boss : "are yaar... business de de!"

I too heard this... but i thought its not for me... but when I got the boarding pass "Seat No. 03F", sudden thought in my mind... too close to cockpit, must be Business Class, wow i felt good... as it was my first ever trip in Business Class that too free-of-cost hihihihihi!!!!

I enjoyed this journey (:( 1 hr only). And I thought It should happen again but in international flight :)...

Yest I finished "5 Point Somone" written by Chetan Bhagat, Good novel which tells a story abt 3 guys studying in IIT-D. But the end is like typical Bollywood movie type, still i liked it. I read "1 night @ call center" by the same writer that one was so - so as it delt with talking to god and god come to help the call center guys... which i couldnt digest... still i must say gr8 books by Chetan Bhagat.

Cooking Fever!!!

First time in my life i did cooking for 5 persons. Cooking is my hobby. This time I was with my friends called as J12 public. Excitement was whether we will be able to cook for all in avilable cookers or not... Answer was yes we can, did try but mistake was instead of cooking for 1 time, we cooked for 2 times :). But the test was good and it was great effort.

3 days / 3 Cars

3 days / 3 Different Cars

Denver, Colorodo full day sun as against full day rain in Seattle, Washington. I went over there to visit my client and trip was for 3 days. I ate 3 different food and ride in 3 different cars. 3 different foods were - Thai / Maxican / Italian. And 3 different cars were Toyota / Audi / Mercedez.

It was my wish to seat in Merc and got fullfilled. The bad part is i couldnt add pics of those moments in my pic collection.

In last few years I observed what are the peculiarities of great persons. I did survey and found that person who is simple, sober, cool nature, soft spoken and patient in them makes them perfect. Yeah, may be I am not able to express what I have observed exactly, but someone else might have observed that the same.

Other thing, a perfect knowledge can get you into great companies. I am referring to Microsoft, if you have knowledge only then you can make it, otherwise not, and never. One can depend upon his/her luck. its purely you and only you. I really respect, with whom I have completed my last assignment, MS Product Group Program Mangers, are real gems.

All deewane gone made!

Just done with Deewane Huye Pagal, a funny movie... which makes you laugh and what else you need in this world where eveny now and then you get stressed, at home, ay office, on the road, while sleeping, while eating etcsss... so its good movie and worth watching. It's hindi version of "There's Somthing about Mary" movie which came in 1998, Camron Diaz, kwleeeee, Camrroooon MAN!.

Microsoft Poduct Group

As i posted earlier I am in Redmond / Seattle, US and here im working for Microsofts product group, particularly Microsoft Project Server. Its been highly motivational working with these guys. I never thougth that one day I will be seatting with guys who are developers of worlds leading product Project 12. Here we 2 guys are dicussing, developing solutions and ideas with Program Managers of Project. Really it very amazing and exicitng experience for me and my team mate.

Definately its part of my life I should never forget in my life and hence I blogged it.

Its Sunday(25/12/2005) morning and time is 5:08, Satya is going to Chicago by 11:30 flight, he needs to check in 2hrs before, AirPort is 30-45 inutes far from here so he needs to wakeup by 7:30 AM and we dont have any alarm. So being a software engineer we thought to do it using SQL Server Agent. Concept was to invoke a Windows Media Player Play list using SQL Server Job. When that Play List will be invoked a song will start playing, but so success ;), offcourse we r missing soemthing. We fix this by downloading one alarm application and that one is going gr8.

But we have got a new idea, now Y to sleep for rest 2 hrs, y not go far a walk till SAFEWAY ;) ???

Its USA

Its been 10 days I have come down to Seattle/Bellevue, Washington, USA. My travel happned in such a short time that I couldnt manage to call all my friends even couldnt mail to them. And no time for postings also. OK now I am in Bellevue, its in Washington state and mainly known due to Microsoft. And yes I am here to work with Microsoft. Regarding my work, just in short, I am working with Products goroup i.e. Microsoft Office team. This team is the core development team behind MS Office. I am working on MS Office Project Server.

I didn't dig up this place much, on last weekend I have been to Bellevue downtown.

Staying as a paying guest in Bellevue, 34th Street, 148th Avenue. In US each and every address is self explainatory, well planned.

My New Flat

Last week I shifted to my new accomodation and I was sure about something is going to happen after I will shift. And I gave signal to my mom, "Maa, sure I will be flying to US or to other company in a week time. As I have shifted to new place..." And I am going to US on this saturday 99% ;). Why sometimes things happne like this. I am very much excited in my new flat. I entered into new flat with 2 suitcases and 1 diwan and I need to arrange everything right from dustbin, balti, mug, washing brush blah blah blah....

Me, Meri Patni Aur Wo

Yest I saw "Me, Meri Patni Aur Wo" movie, starring Rajpal Yadav. So I had some view on that and thought to log it over here. Yes this movie is "Hat Ke" stori was good but the concept which was shown is not possible in real life, no body goin to marry a gal who is taller then himself or boy who is shorter then the gal. Its totally mismatch. But yeah, such type of engagements are there. I remember when I was in US visa queue there was a couple and Mr. was shorter then the Mrs.

One good sentimental seen, for gals, when Vinaji says to Chote Babu that "Appke pahle bhi mujhe kai log dekhne aye the. Aur sabhi ne mujhe dekhte hi 'Haan' kar diya. Kisi ne bhi mujh se ye nahi pucha ki 'Main' kya chahti ho." And she says "Ye rishta mujhe manjoor hai." Wow!

Sometimes you meet some person to whom you dont know... you dont have any relation with them... but it may happen that in future that person will mean to you!

What Dipawali brought?

Two more great Indian festival gone away, Dipawali and Id. Dipawali is related to Ram and Id is related to Ramjan.

Normally every body think that what dipawali will bring for them, so I. On this dipawali my DD got promoted. And now I am brother of a Gazetted Officer. I am so happy for her achievement and just cant express my feelings for her.

It happened lots of time with me when I was not able to express my feeling simply because of I was so happy, so when I dont say anything or dont express feeling, please never feel that I am not happy with your achievement.

This was all about this Dipawali, rest is something which is not required to remember.

Blossoms

Yesterday was "Blossoms" day @TCS,Hyd. It's yearly get-together event in TCS. Dance/Songs/Fashion Show - these were the major events in @blossoms, which are boring as usual, still if you have no work to do and want to spend some time you can go there. So I went there and experience was ok not that good becuase all the guys/gals in Fashion show were THAKELE (hopeless), dance was abt good, People who came on to stage to sing were so so, except Sachin who sang Kajarare song very well. Rest was the waste.

Yeah, at the last there was Dance/DIsc/DJ whatever, we all enjoyed there. We dance for next 2-3 hrs there and it was good fun.

Hectic week!

Hectic week! Need to attain daily training sessions (really boring session ( but you have to attain them( if you really want to learn something and want to take a step ahead you should attain trainings(Training is a process of learning )))).

Above that need to complete 1009 page book, "Improving .NET Application Performance and Scalability". Really a good, rather I should say great book, and every designer architect should read it once.

If you have feelings/goals/thought anything, just express it, just execute it don't think what will happen, because "its better to do it then not to do it".

Coincidently 2 of my friend shared the same thought with me, Satish n Sachin, so I just thought to give it a place in my life i.e. this blog. The amazing thing is - there is a scene in Salaam Namaste which depicts the same thoughts. (Watch that movie and fidn that scene.)

This DESSARA was good for me. I spent it with one of my friend, Sachin Mohanty, We two just went to Sindhi Colony to have pani-puri (so u understand that Sindhi colony pani puri r famous.) Unfortunately all the shops were closed or that was not rite time for pani puri, it was 1 o'clock afternoon, so v both thought to have a look how Hussain Sagar is looking on this fine day. Yeah, It was looking awsome, simpy wounderfull. There was PRASADZ's multiplex, we planed to have a look into ticket window, respectfully (as always I do) I asked to d person sitting on the window, "2 Salaam Namaste hai kya bhai sahab! ", returned sound was "Yeah ", it was like I have got GOD, then I said " Mujhe plan bataiye! " And then " OK, 9 and 10 de do." Then as usual we had good food out there, when we got bored of eating we thought to enter into hall. First half of movie, Jabbar-Zast!!, we got POPCORN, gt8 test. Movie start hua... wo bhi khatam hua next 1 hr 30 minutes me.

Wapis ghar bhag kar aye hum. Decided to goto LifeStyle to shope Jeans/Denim for myself, drove bike for next 2-3 kilometers, then dropped idea of buying Jeans/Denim. Wapis ghar bhag kar ayeee.

Sachin started cooking Masala-Puri, Rasse-dar Alu ki sabji and Sewaiya ki Kheer. Menu!
I thought to just sit idle and do nothing while Sachin was putting hard work in his preparation. I was just giving him a company and NO help. He is a real cook! Given a chance he will become a Sheff like Nik in Salaam Namaaste. We has talk, talk, talk and only talk during 2 hrs while he was cooking all the items.

Then I took permission to goto my home, 15 Kms far from that place, called a GacchiBowli.
